MONT DEL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (MDHOA) is voluntary, but we encourage all to join. Annual dues pay for all the great things our neighbors do together.

ANNUAL MEETING: Our annual meeting is usually in September. Officers serve a one-year term. We will receive a notice about the meeting through email.

MONT DEL HOA BYLAWS: Our Bylaws, available on montdelestates.com, keeps us informed of our HOA purpose, structure, process, and membership dues.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES $50: You can pay dues at the annual meeting, send a check (Mont Del HOA, P. O. Box 26941, Benbrook, TX 76126) or pay through PayPal at montdelestateshoa@gmail.com.

AREA DIRECTOR: Your Area Director represents you on the HOA Board, to provide communication between you and the Board.

EMAIL BLAST: We utilize an email blast to inform neighbors of upcoming events or important news.  You can be placed on the list to receive these by contacting Alice Miller (musc@aol.com)

SCHOOLS: We are in FWISD. Our schools are: Ridglea Hills Elem, Monnig Middle, and Arlington Heights HS 

TOM THUMB REWARD CARD: You can designate our HOA as a cash back recipient when you shop with your Reward Card at Tom Thumb.  Our account number is 5631.

DIRECTORIES: We print a new directory every two years.  Directories are provided to each home, free of charge.  Dues help to cover the cost of publication. Alice Miller (musc@aol.com ) is the one who keeps the information updated. Please notify her if your information changes.

NEIGHBORHOOD PATROLS: Mont Del is patrolled by Benbrook Police Dept. and the Benbrook Citizens on Patrol.

MONT DEL WATER AND TAXES: We use the Benbrook Water Authority and pay Benbrook City taxes. 

MONT DEL VOTING: We vote in Benbrook elections, usually at Trinity Chapel, though recent voting laws allow voting at any poll location in Tarrant County. We live in precinct 1339. Early voting in Benbrook is at the Community Center (corner of Mercedes and San Angelo).

UNDERGROUND SPRINGS: We have about 165 of them. So, water flows in Mont Del.

General Benbrook information for those new to our city

TRASH DAYS: Wednesdays are our main trash days . There is no limit to the number of trash bags. Place recycle items in the blue recycle tubs, which you can pick up at the water department (1121 Mercedes St.) or Benbrook City Hall (911 Winscott). No charge. 

We also have free bulk pickup. Items placed curbside on Wednesdays by 7:00 AM will be collected within 72 hours (Saturday by 7:00 AM). If possible, loose brush should not exceed 4 feet in length, 6 inches in diameter, or 100 pounds. Remember to place these items away from mailboxes, sprinkler systems, sewer clean-out, water meter boxes, and overhead power lines. Allied Waste/Republic Services will not pick up construction material or household hazardous waste. Trash for pickup on Wednesday or Saturday must not be put out before 5:00 PM the preceding day. 

Saturdays are an ‘optional’ trash day. You have to use ‘yellow trash bags’, which you can purchase at the water dept. or Benbrook City Hall. Cost: $5.64 for 10 or $27.09 for 50. 

DOOR-TO-DOOR SOLICITORS WHO RING YOUR DOORBELL: (All of Benbrook)

Any ‘Door to Door’ solicitor who rings your doorbell is required to wear a traffic safety vest and have an ID badge from the city secretary. The Benbrook Police have asked us to alert them at their non-emergency number (817) 249-1610 if we observe solicitors not following this protocol.
